I’m beyond thrilled and free at last! I was actually on my way to a different dealer and randomly passed Donley and figured I’d stop in and see what they had. I had bought what I thought was my dream truck from Chevy and was less than thrilled, little did I know my dream truck was actually on this lot. I was met by Brandon as soon as I pulled in and he was awesome! Even had other customers come in during the sale speaking highly of him. The truck was priced amazing, they gave me more for my previous truck than any of the other 4 dealerships I’d talked to had offered. I didn’t feel like I needed to haggle or pull one over on them or play games like I have at other dealers. Super straight forward, honest, to the point. I really went in with no expectation of finding a truck I wanted or liked, just looking to see, and walked out with not only me being thrilled but other people I know already saying they want the truck when I decide to get rid of it. It doesn’t have the flash of the typical Ford dealership from the outside, but of the 4 Fords I’ve bought this was the best dealership and experience. I used my own bank for financing and they didn’t treat me any different for it. I’m beyond excited to be back in a Ford and have great customer service like I experienced here again! I don’t have to pay now to turn my truck on and off or unlock/ lock it from the app too. The dealer warranty that Sponsler used vehicles have is awesome and one of the best ones I’ve seen. Most importantly, Ford has never stranded me on any new or used vehicle. Oh! And Brandon takes great pictures of you with your vehicle, I love the pictures!
